Giles Scott founded STG in 1995, recognizing a need for real expertise and great service. Getting his start in 1970, working for Xerox in Baltimore, Giles moved West and worked as a technician for twenty years. His experience and passion for doing better have established Scott Technology Group as a leader in office equipment across Northern California, with a reputation for providing the best products and exceptional service. A published author and poet, Giles was also an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his 4 children and 6 grandchildren in Sonoma County.
Giles will be missed as he passed in February of 2018 but his passion to provide superior service continues as his son, David Scott, follows to maintain and even improve on Giles’ standards for customer focus. Giles will live on in his family and company as his influence for excellence is still seen within every faction of STG and all that Giles helped create.
