When our copier lease expired, we put out requests for proposals to a number of companies for new equipment.  We needed 8 high volume copiers and 2 faxes with network scanning and printing on most of the equipment.  We interviewed 6 companies who did surveys of our operations and returned with their recommendations. 

Criteria upon which we based our decision:

  • Responsive professional service (A MUST!)
  • Easy to deal with company
  • Reliable
  • Training for our people
  • Network compatible with our system.  We wanted NO conflicts with our network and no hassles with the printing
  • Scanning features

After much consideration, we decided on the Savin equipment and Scott's Office Equipment, a locally owned and operated company.

The installation went well and the training was everything they had promised.  I would give the Savin equipment high marks for overall reliability and ease of use.

We are quite satisfied and would highly recommend Scott's to anyone looking for high volume copier/printers.
