Recently we did an extensive review and evaluation of our document printing, copying, and faxing needs. To assist us, we invited 6 office equipment vendors to participate in the process. We had to evaluate 18 copiers and a number of faxes at 2 different locations and numerous buildings and departments.
Our goal was to partner with a company that could handle the load, had a reliable product, and who had an established track record of quality service performance.
Scott's Office Equipment was by far the most responsive and easiest to deal with. They were not "pushy" and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Their people evaluated our needs in a professional, yet personal manner, and presented us with a number of possible solutions.
We awarded them our business. They lowered our cost and even integrated a color copier with the other digital equipment. Everyone here applauds the job they have done for us.
