Goodwill Industries of the Redwood Empire recently purchased a Savin copier from Scott's Office Equipment.  We are very pleased with the copier and service.  Your company competed against 4 local suppliers.  One of the factors was customer service.  I would like to tell you that Steve Giganti provided excellent customer service and always follow through with the many requests and questions I had.
