In our office we have a number of high volume copiers and I deal with several different vendors. By far the most responsive company is Scott's Office Equipment.

What I like is that they communicate with me and that saves me time. When their service technician arrives, he asks me about the problem, fixes it, and lets me know what he did before he leaves the office. Fantastic service.

Our business is booming and copy volume has increased. The Savin copier is performing reliably and I will add more Savins in the future as older equipment needs to be replaced. That's how satisfied I am with their service and the Savin Equipment.
