Our experience with Scott's Office equipment has been a positive one.  We did try another copier company (they were less expensive), but found their service far inferior to Scott's. 

We have 2 Savin copiers and new third one with fax and print capabilities.  We print all of our newsletters (from a MAC even!) to the new Savin connected copier/printer.

As far as service goes, I don't have time to deal with problems.  I want to know that things are being handled and get on with the business of caring for our clients.  My experience with Scott's is just that--They take care of everything and I know they are handling it and will follow-up.
