The intent of this letter is to share with other companies the knowledge we gained in obtaining new office equipment.  We hope these companies will benefit from our experience.

Our company had two analog copiers that needed replacing.  We decided to look into the new digital copiers that would provide reliability as copiers as well as network printers.

Our acquisition process consisted of obtaining 4 proposals from local copier vendors, visiting each of the dealerships, and conducting in-house interviews, and going through presentations.  At the completion of this, we narrowed our choice down to 2 who attended second interviews with our executive committee.  Our focus throughout this process was directed primarily toward quality, excellent dealer service references, and finally, price.  After all of this, we decided on Scott's Office Equipment, the Savin 2070DP copier/printer, and the Savin 413 color copier/printer--both copiers with networking capabilities.

The installation and training process has been fantastic with virtually no downtime.  Scott's Office Equipment personnel have been extremely responsive to our needs and our entire firm has been very pleased with our new acquisitions. 

Our research has been rewarded in having made what we feel was the right choice.  We highly recommend SOE for anyone who needs both quality and service from one company.
