The Scott Technology Group, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Giles Scott, who began the company out of his garage with the vision of providing the type of copier repair service he knew other local businesses wanted. Giles had become disenchanted with the corporate approach while working as a service manager at a national copier chain. In an effort to drive profits, the chain had eliminated many of its technicians and it was taking four days for the service department to respond to down machines. Realizing there was a better way, Giles left the corporate world and with over 25 years of experience repairing copiers, he began providing timely, personalized service. This approach quickly allowed him to gain a sizeable customer base and grow the company to what it is today.

We're one of the largest, independently-owned copier dealers in Northern California. Our company provides the complete line of both Canon and Savin/Ricoh multifunction products, as well as a full array of document management solutions for businesses looking to create a paperless office environment.
