About Us

Today, The Scott Technology Group, Inc. is managed by David Scott, Giles' son, who purchased a controlling ownership of the family business in late 2011. David has been involved in the achievements of the company since its inception. After helping his father grow the company into a viable business, he joined the United States Marine Corps in 1999 and completed a successful enlistment, three overseas deployments, and was actively involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2005, David returned to the family business and has worked to ensure that the customer-focused principles Giles founded the company on will continue into the future.

As a disabled veteran and the President and CEO of Scott Technology Group, David has enabled the company to receive the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) certification for the State of California. His hopes for this certification are that it will help expand the company's geographic reach, as well as inspire returning veterans to apply their military work ethic in local economic involvement.
